Placing your order with us couldn’t be easier.
We offer online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our secure, user-friendly website.
Simply set up an online account with us here and you are ready to go. Once you register an account, you can browse our delicious fare via the MENUS tab on our website, selecting your chosen treats by clicking ORDER NOW. You’ll then be prompted to let us know about any dietary requirements before you add your choices to your basket.
The Olivia’s Kitchen site also has an SSL certificate, which means you can be confident that all of your information is entirely secure and encrypted.
Plus, if you order before 12 noon, our team can guarantee Next Working Day delivery, too.
Your order is in, now it’s over to us.
As soon as we have received your order in our system, our excellent kitchen team will begin preparing your fresh, delicious fare.
All of our food is prepared fresh in-house by our experienced team members using the very best produce available. We also strive to use local producers and suppliers wherever possible. If you have made any special requests, including dietary requirements, our kitchen staff will ensure that these requests and amends are taken into account as they freshly prepare your order.
We aim to keep payment as simple and flexible as possible!
No deposit is required from you for your order, and we’ll send your invoice over to you on the day of delivery in order to allow for full flexibility. Be sure to look out for it.
We happily offer 14 day payment terms, with the option of paying online by card or via a BACS payment. If you need it, we can also include a reference or purchase order!

All of our deliveries are carried out by our temperature-controlled, Olivia’s Kitchen branded vans. Our excellent drivers, smartly dressed in their Olivia’s Kitchen uniforms, will ensure you receive your order.
Your yummy fare will be presented to you by our drivers in sleek and stylish cool bags, which are designed to keep your food super-fresh for up to 4 hours. Inside of the cool bags, your goodies will be arranged on our modern, slate-look platters, ready to wow your hungry colleagues or guests.
All of our cool bags and platters are reusable, so please hang on to them once everyone has had their fill.
Once we have delivered your order, all you need to do is simply enjoy your tasty fare.
You’ll be pleased to know that on the following day, our reliable delivery drivers will return to take care of the aftermath of your spread.
All of our buffet ware is entirely reusable, recyclable or compostable, so returning to collect it is a key part of our environmental commitment. You don’t even need to worry about disposing of mess and leftovers. Simply put everything back in the cool bags and we will take care of everything upon collection.
