Minimum order numbers start from 4 guests for our sandwich platters, lunch menus and our traditional menu.
Our hot food menus have minimum order numbers of 10 guests.
Should you wish to place an order that doesn’t meet our minimum order numbers, please call us in advance to discuss and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations can be made up to 12pm the day before delivery without charge, anything cancelled after this may be charged however we will endeavour to avoid this wherever possible.

WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN ORDER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
We guarantee all orders made up to 12pm the day before delivery.
Should you have any last minute orders after this or even orders required for the same day, please contact the office on 0191 3009919 and we will always try our best to cater for your needs.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When ordering you select your delivery time and we aim to deliver as close to that as possible.
All of our delivery vans are branded and fully refrigerated to ensure the quality and freshness of your order.
Our buffet menus and party platters are delivered in branded cool bags in which the food can be safely stored in before serving.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE COOL BAGS, SERVING PLATTERS AND BASKETS WHEN WE ARE FINISHED?
Our delivery drivers will return the day after your event to collect any cool bags, serving platters or baskets left on site.
This is part of our commitment to the environment as these are all reusable.
HOW DO I PAY?
You will be invoiced on the day you receive your order and our standard payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
There is also the option to pay using any major debit or credit card, this can be done by following the “Pay Now” link on the top of the electronic invoice.
DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY, ALLERGY OR RELIGIOUS REQUIREMENTS?
Absolutely, we aim to cater for everyone including those who are gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free or those that require halal menus.
Our kitchen team are fully trained in the preparation of these menus and all our buffets are supplied with full allergen information.
CAN YOU CREATE BESPOKE MENUS OR THEMED MENUS?
Here at Olivia’s Kitchen we love working with our clients to help them design and create bespoke party platters or themed menus.
Whether it be a locally produced “Geordie menu” featuring delicious stotties and pease pudding or something a little bit different we are here for all your unique food catering needs.
I DON’T HAVE ANY TABLES OR CHAIRS FOR MY EVENT CAN YOU SUPPLY THEM?
Yes!
As full service food caterers we can provide much more than just your food and drinks.
We can supply tables and chairs or any other room decorations as required.
DO YOU CATER FOR EVENTS EARLY IN THE MORNING, LATE AT NIGHT OR ON WEEKENDS?
We can cater for everything ranging from first thing in the morning for our corporate catering breakfast meetings to late evening meals.

Can I order alcohol to be delivered?
Here at Olivia's Kitchen catering Newcastle, we are fully licensed.
Alcohol may be ordered online through your online account for delivery. We operate the challenge 25 policy and you may be ask to produce suitable ID upon delivery. All our drivers are trained in the challenge 25 policy and may refuse delivery if suitable ID can not be produced.
Should you require alcohol for your function or event that we don't currently have available to order online, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
