Placing an order

Is there a minimum order number?

Minimum order requirements apply across our menus. Sandwich platters, lunch menus and our traditional menu require a minimum of 4 guests, while our hot food menus are available for a minimum of 10 guests.

If your order doesn’t quite meet these requirements, please give us a call in advance. Our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and will always do their best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free if made by 12pm the day before delivery. For cancellations after this time, charges may apply, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

If you need to cancel after 12pm, please give our office a call on 0191 300 9919 and we’ll assist you directly.

How do I pay?

We’ll issue your invoice on the day your order is delivered, with standard payment terms of 14 days from the invoice date.

For added convenience, you can also pay by any major debit or credit card using the ‘Pay Now’ link at the top of your electronic invoice.

I don’t have any tables or chairs for my event can you supply them?

As full-service caterers, we can provide everything you need for your event, including tables, chairs, and other room decorations.

Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure everything is ready for your guests.

Delivery

When is the latest I can order for next day delivery?

We guarantee all orders placed by 12pm the day before delivery.

If you have any last-minute requests or need same-day catering, please give our office a call on 0191 300 9919. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

How and when will my order be delivered?

You can select your preferred delivery time when placing your order, and we aim to arrive as close to that time as possible.

All deliveries are made in our fully branded, refrigerated vans to ensure your food stays fresh and at the highest quality.

Buffet menus and party platters are also supplied in branded cool bags, keeping everything safely stored until it’s ready to serve.

What do I do with the cool bags, serving platters and baskets when we are finished?

The day after your event, our delivery team will return to collect any cool bags, serving platters, or baskets left on site.

All of these items are fully reusable, helping us reduce waste and support the environment – part of our commitment to sustainable catering.

Food & menus

Do you cater for dietary, allergy or religious requirements?

We aim to cater for every dietary requirement, including those who are gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free or those that require halal menus.

Our kitchen team are well versed in preparing food for these requirements, and all our buffets are supplied with full, clear allergen information.

Can you create bespoke menus or themed menus?

We love working closely with our clients to create bespoke party platters and themed menus that feel truly personal.

Whether it’s a locally inspired ‘Geordie menu’ featuring classic stotties and pease pudding, or something a little different, we’re here to bring your ideas to life and cater for your unique food requirements.

Do you cater for events early in the morning, late at night or on weekends?

We can cater for everything from early-morning corporate breakfast meetings to late-evening meals.

If you need a delivery outside our usual hours, just give our office a call on 0191 300 9919 and we’ll discuss your requirements. Please note that out-of-hours delivery charges may apply.

Can I order alcohol to be delivered?

We are fully licensed to serve alcohol.

You can order alcohol online through your account for delivery, and we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy – our drivers may ask for suitable ID and can refuse delivery if it’s not provided.

If you need alcohol for your event that isn’t available to order online, just get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help.
