Is there a minimum order number?
Minimum order requirements apply across our menus. Sandwich platters, lunch menus and our traditional menu require a minimum of 4 guests, while our hot food menus are available for a minimum of 10 guests.
If your order doesn’t quite meet these requirements, please give us a call in advance. Our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and will always do their best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free if made by 12pm the day before delivery. For cancellations after this time, charges may apply, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
If you need to cancel after 12pm, please give our office a call on 0191 300 9919 and we’ll assist you directly.
How do I pay?
We’ll issue your invoice on the day your order is delivered, with standard payment terms of 14 days from the invoice date.
For added convenience, you can also pay by any major debit or credit card using the ‘Pay Now’ link at the top of your electronic invoice.
I don’t have any tables or chairs for my event can you supply them?
As full-service caterers, we can provide everything you need for your event, including tables, chairs, and other room decorations.
Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure everything is ready for your guests.
When is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
We guarantee all orders placed by 12pm the day before delivery.
If you have any last-minute requests or need same-day catering, please give our office a call on 0191 300 9919. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
How and when will my order be delivered?
You can select your preferred delivery time when placing your order, and we aim to arrive as close to that time as possible.
All deliveries are made in our fully branded, refrigerated vans to ensure your food stays fresh and at the highest quality.
Buffet menus and party platters are also supplied in branded cool bags, keeping everything safely stored until it’s ready to serve.
What do I do with the cool bags, serving platters and baskets when we are finished?
The day after your event, our delivery team will return to collect any cool bags, serving platters, or baskets left on site.
All of these items are fully reusable, helping us reduce waste and support the environment – part of our commitment to sustainable catering.
